Minister of Economic Development, Tourism, Trade and Entrepreneurship Mrs. Milva Ekonomi together with the Minister of Culture, Mrs. Mirela Kumbaro and the former Minister Ms. Bledi Cuci held on April 4th a meeting with the Chamber of Commerce in Gjirokastra Qark.

The head of the Gjirokastra Chamber of Commerce, Mrs. Maks Hoxha had also invited representatives from businesses in Gjirokastra, Përmet, Tepelena, Dropulli etc. Mrs. Ekonomi in this meeting was acquainted with business concerns and opportunities to do more to help their growth. According to her, the reforms undertaken by the government have significantly alleviated entrepreneurship, while this year's economic growth is estimated at 3.46%. The meeting with businesses in Gjirokastra was followed by other similar meetings that the Minister of Economy has conducted in Fier and Korça to hear all the issues businesses are facing.
